This deposit goes toward your total service. • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance before booking a new appointment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited. • You may reschedule once using the same deposit if done within the allowed time frame.
